Return the product to us along with a copy of your
original receipt, with a detailed explanation on what
you perceive to be the problem. If the product is
under warranty we will replace the item free of charge.
Our warranty does not cover damage to holds caused
by over tightening or normal wear and tear. Also,
any type of modification, or alteration to the product
voids the warranty. (Warranty does not cover shipping
of the product to us).
Returns on items:
Any item that is returned must be unused. Any returns
or exchanges will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
date and must be in perfect unused condition.
